Because UDP is connectionless, no reply does not always prove that a port is closed. The tool reports open or filtered, connection errors or returned information to help evaluate UDP reachability.
After you select a test and enter a target, checks run from active nodes in different countries. You can choose an automatic node count or select specific locations manually. Country and city names remain in their standard English form in both language versions.
A failure from one node does not necessarily mean the target is completely offline. Compare several locations. If most nodes fail, the target is more likely to have a problem; if only a few fail, regional routing, filtering or a data-center issue is more likely.
IP location is estimated from network databases and may not match the real city of a user or server. Country, ASN and organization data are generally more stable than city and coordinates.
