Enable access for Guest or Guest Server Query

Before testing the connection, enable TeamSpeak Advanced Permissions. Otherwise, Server Group permissions cannot be viewed or changed.

Enable Advanced Permissions System

  1. Open the TeamSpeak 3 client.
  2. From the top menu, open Tools → Options.
  3. In the window, select Application from the left side.
  4. Enable Advanced permissions system on the right.
  5. Click Apply, then OK.
  6. Reconnect to your TeamSpeak server.

Then follow this path to enable the required permission:

Permissions➜Server Groups➜Guest or Guest Server Query (Server Group Rank)➜Permission Filter➜b_virtualserver_info_view

In Permission Filter, search for b_virtualserver_info_view and enable it for either Guest or Guest Server Query.
An effective grant from either group is sufficient. The system can then read your server information and complete the connection check.

Register a TeamSpeak Server on TSGYM

This section is for TeamSpeak 3 owners and managers who want to add an existing server to the TeamSpeak server list so users can find and compare it.

This form does not create a new server. After connection and ownership are verified, your existing server details are received and published in the directory immediately.

⚠️ Servers that abuse the ranking and voting system (fake votes, scripts, bots, etc.) will be removed from the list without prior notice.

Add the TSGYM system IP to the ServerQuery allowlist

To prevent this issue, it is recommended to add the following IP address to the query_ip_allowlist.txt file (known as query_ip_whitelist.txt in older versions):

185.164.72.72

This file is usually located in the main folder of the TeamSpeak server.

If you have rented your TeamSpeak server from a hosting provider, first check whether you can add an IP to the allowlist through the provider's control panel.

If this option is not available in the panel, contact the TeamSpeak hosting provider's support team and ask them to add the IP above to the ServerQuery allowlist.

⚠️ Important note:
After connection and ownership are verified, your server is activated in the public directory immediately without waiting for admin approval, and its free 15-day period starts at once.
After the free period, continued listing requires a monthly fee of $150 USDT.
If payment is not made, the server is disabled from the public directory. Its record is never deleted automatically; after the 48-hour grace period, deletion can only be performed manually by an admin.
